Who We Are

Laura Steigelman, President

Laura is a professional facilitator and seminar leader with over 25 years of experience in consulting and training.  After being an integral part of management teams at AT&T American Transtech and Johnson & Johnson’s Vistakon, Laura started her own management consulting and training company, Steigelman & Associates, in 1994. 

She provides workshops, facilitation and conference leadership services to both for profit and not for profit organizations.  She was awarded a contract with the Non-Profit Center in Northeast Florida overseeing a program of matching consultants and coaches to youth serving Nonprofit organizations in Jacksonville.

A partial list of clients Laura has worked with include Tropicana Products, Inc., The Nonprofit Center, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, Honeywell, Southern Title,  GTE, Chase Manhattan Bank, MetLife, BellSouth, Bath and Body Works, Capitol One, Manatee Community College, City of Jacksonville, FCCJ, Jacksonville and the Beaches Convention and Visitors Bureau, Immigration Services and other local, state  and  federal agencies.

Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
